NUTRITION: Our 28-day program offers a simple guided nutrition approach. An approach specifically tailored to help you get results and get the most out of your 28-day challenge. Recipes, Sample Meal Plans, and Grocery guides.
MINDSET: Access our DAILY 30 minute LIVE Coaching Calls
ACCOUNTABILITY: Daily return and reports to engage and never get lost in the shuffle
TRAINING: We host LIVE 40 min sessions M-F at 5:30am CST which are available for on-demand replay by 6:20am CST. Saturday we train at 7:30am CST with on-demand replay at 8:45am CST.
โ Monday, Wednesday, and Friday we focus on strength training. Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday we focus on strengthening the heart with cardio conditioning. Sundays are 30min restorative yoga. This is all done inside our private Facebook group. You will need Facebook to participate.
โ Our workouts use little to no equipment so you can literally workout with us anywhere in the world. No weights? No problem. We also offer an extensive DIY guide to help you turn ordinary household items into training tools.
โ We have daily fit challenges that take less than 5minutes that focus on target areas like core, booty, thighs.
โ We host daily accountability check-ins each evening 7 days a week.
โ We also host a weekly live stream coaching call to help you gain traction on your goals.
โ You have unlimited access to the BBF coaches inside our private Facebook group to ask questions and get guidance.

Life before the Challenge was, quite honestly, a life of haphazardness. I was flying by the seat of my pants in every aspect of life related to taking care of ME because I have always been focused on taking care of others first...at work and at home. I ate my dinner late at night after running the kids around to various activities and commitments. It was whatever I had the energy to throw together, which 9 times out of 10, was not healthy at all and was usually consumed after 8:30 p.m. My breakfasts and lunches weren't much better as breakfast was always on the go as I ran out the door to work. In addition, every Friday morning, I participated in Donut Club at work and beginning the day with a donut only meant downhill from there with the rest of my day's choices
My biggest fear about joining the challenge was failing. I feared I would see nothing different on the scale or in comparison in my before/after photos and that my clothes would fit just as tightly and snugly as they did at the start of the challenge. While I was excited about my results after my first challenge, I feared that I would not be able to continue my focus for another 21 days and would feel defeated if I was not successful.
I was able to overcome my concerns/fears by being honest with myself, my accountability partners and my coaches, Chuck and Roxanne. I stopped thinking of this as a diet and began to really focus my efforts and understanding on making lifestyle changes that I could continue indefinitely in the future and also model for my daughter.
If you're looking to get started, I would tell you that you will feel SO good 21 days from now! You are in control and this challenge is what you need to keep reaching your goals! In addition, don't you want to lose inches and weight leading up to the holiday season instead of what you usually do at this time of year? You've got nothing to lose...but inches and bad habits! GO FOR IT because you won't regret it! Oh, and you will find yourself enjoying trying new recipes and meals in the kitchen for the first time ever!

This program is so convenient. I am thoroughly enjoying it and I think you will too. If this were at a fitness club I would not attend. I LOVE working out in my home with my wife and spending quality time with her. This is our new LIFESTYLE and we love it.
