FRONT POSE: Arms relaxed holding code word (DATE) at your side


SIDE POST: Hand at your sides 


BACK POSE: Hands at your sides

PROGRESS PICTURES

  • BEFORE PICTURES: Before pictures must be completed by assigned dates provided by your coaches at the START of each new month. 

 

  • "Code Word" - The "code word" is going to be the actual DATE you take your pictures on. You will write THE DATE you on a blank piece of paper and hold it down at your side for your FRONT POSE. EXAMPLE: If you took your pictures on January 1st, 2022 you would write 1/1/22 on your paper. Please see the example of ROBYN BELOW 👇 for how to hold your "code word" paper. 

 

  • AFTER PICTURES: you will follow the exact same protocol for all four poses as you did for your starting pictures. Pictures MUST be completed and submitted by the assigned dates provided by your coaches at the END of each month. 

🚨SELFIES: No selfies please 

🚨LIGHTING: Take pictures in a well-lit area of your house

🚨BACKGROUND: The background should be a plain color  

🚨ANGLE OF PICS: Make sure you take pictures level - do NOT take pictures at an angle 

🚨CLOTHING: Make sure that you wear the same clothes for all pictures. 


👉 PICTURE "HACK" - If you have no one to assist you in taking your pictures do the following

  • Turn your phone to VIDEO and flip it to "selfie" mode 
  • Record yourself in all 3 poses and pause for about 3-5 seconds in each pose
  • This video will be about 10-15 seconds long 
  • Go back and SNAPSHOT still frames from each pose 
  • This "hack" works like a charm 🤩

Ladies: Ideally shorts and a sports bra.

  • Please watch the video for other suggestions for form-fitting clothing 
  • Do NOT wear black - this is THE hardest color to SEE the change 
  • DO NOT TAKE PICTURES IN UNDERWEAR. 

 

Men: Ideally shorts and no shirt 

  • Please watch the video for other suggestions with form-fitting clothing

MEASUREMENTS

Ladies 4 measurements are required 

  • Chest/Back, 3 inches above navel, navel, hips 

 

Men 3 measurements are required 

  • Chest/Back, 3 inches above navel, navel

 

You have the option and are encouraged to measure your arms and thighs (shown in the video tutorial)
