Snacks (or let's say healthy snacks) are highly misunderstood.
When I mention the word SNACK what do you think of?
I know for a very long time I would think of pretzels, wheat thins, or chips.
That was ME for decades!
Those foods actually do the opposite of what we hope to accomplish.
They actually ENHANCE our cravings and our hunger.
OUCH! 🙅♂️🙅🏻♀️
I think "HEALTHY" snacks become over complicated.
What are you looking for in a good and healthy snack?
Typically I look for 200-300 calories
It can have ANY of the three major macros of protein, carbs, or fats.
If you want to stay fuller longer than I would recommend looking for protein and fat.
If you need a quick boost of energy I would recommend carbs, mainly fruits!
AVOID PROCESSED SUGAR at all costs.
Below I have a list of 30 SIMPLE SNACK to CRUSH Your Cravings 👊
