When you know what you’re going to eat, you eliminate the stress of last-minute decisions. But don’t forget—you can still be flexible. A solid plan gives you a foundation, not a cage.

✅ 2. Be Predictable with Your Meal Timing

Eating around the same times each day helps your body develop reliable hunger cues. This reduces cravings, keeps your energy steady, and helps your body feel safe and regulated.

✅ 3. Sip Water Between Bites

Water does more than hydrate. Sipping between bites helps you slow down and tune in to your fullness. Overeating often happens when we’re rushed or distracted—this one small habit makes a huge difference.

✅ 4. Try 3 Meals a Day—No Snacks

Sounds wild, right? But when’s the last time you gave your body a break between meals and just let it talk to you? Eating 3 balanced meals (without snacking) gives your body space to regulate hunger and satiety. It’s one of the simplest resets you can try.

✅ 5. Medium, Large, Small (Meal Timing)

This one is a game-changer. Front-load your meals by making breakfast and lunch your biggest meals of the day, and dinner your smallest. Most people do the opposite—and end up tired, bloated, and overly full at night. Listen to your fullness signals and aim to eat the majority of your calories in the first 2/3 of the day.
