How many times have you thought:

“If I just followed my plan perfectly, I’d finally see results.”

Maybe that means grabbing some fruit to take with you today instead of fast food. Maybe it means walking for 10 minutes instead of skipping movement altogether.

Small, intentional choices—even when life isn’t ideal—are what create long-term success.

✅ 2. Focus on Your "Needle Movers"
