RAISE YOUR STANDARDS (or continue to suffer)

WOW! 

Take a moment and let one sink in. 

Have you ever thought about it that way? 

I doubt it. 

Most people just set out to DO WORK without building a foundation. 

They have a desire

EX: To lose weight 

And off they go dieting, depriving, and jumping into crazy fitness routines 

Sound familiar? 

I totally get it! 

It's what you've been taught to do 

I want to teach you a different way 

Because it's one thing to get results (EX: lose weight, lose inches, build muscle, have more energy, get better sleep) which is hard enough

but it's a whole other ball game to KEEP THEM 

How do you GET RESULTS and KEEP THEM for a lifetime? 

ONE SIMPLE WORD: STANDARDS 

Who you are BEING each and every day. 

What you DO is a reflection of WHO YOU ARE 

Are you the person who does what they said they would?

☝️LIVE WITH INTEGRITY = STANDARD

Are you willing to say no to temptation?

☝️LIVE WITH DISCIPLINE = STANDARD 

Do you have the courage to say yes to the things you've been avoiding?

☝️LIVE COURAGEOUSLY = STANDARD 

Are you willing to plan ahead? 

☝️ LIVE WITH INTENTION = STANDARD 

I will end with this. 

YOU GET WHAT YOU TOLERATE 

So, before you leave today's conversation ask yourself a better question. 

Don't ask yourself "why am I not getting results" 🙅‍♂️ 

🚨 That's NOT the question to ask! 🚨


Ask yourself... 

"Where must I raise my standards when it comes to my health?"


Remember, standards CREATE the actions.

They are not the actions themselves.

They are the foundation of creation.

Who must you BE in order to DO what is required to HAVE the life I want?

FREEDOM EQUATION: BE --> DO --> HAVE
