Six years ago, on my 33rd birthday, I reached a turning point in my life. I’ve learned that it’s not just about losing weight—it’s about reclaiming your life and your health, one step at a time.

The hardest part is making the decision to change, but once you do, you’ll find that you’re capable of so much more than you ever thought possible.
