5-S Method to Clean Eating

I told you a few days ago that QUALITY matters just as much as quantity. 

The crazy part is if you get the QUALITY piece right your quantity will become a non-issue. 

Say goodbye to counting calories and say HELLO to yummy, flavorful, foods that keep you full, crush your cravings, and unlock ENDLESS ENERGY! 


It's what I call the 5-S METHOD 


This is a strategy that is SO incredibly EASY to use and I promise you will work to lose fat, build muscle and increase your energy.

Heck, it will keep you in a good mood too instead of being HANGRY all the time. AMEN! 

Here's how it works.

Pick any ONE of these 5 categories for your major meals. 

  • Egg Scramble 
    • Load up on veggies here
  • Smoothie 
    • Green smoothies are awesome. I also suggest adding protein here. Greek yogurt or protein powder
  • Soup 
    • Homemade soups are the best and SUPER filling. Try to find recipes with protein 
  • Stir Fry 
    • Again, Protein and LOTS of veggies here!
  • Salad 
    • Always add protein to your greens. 

It's seriously THAT SIMPLE! 

Now here's another PRO-TIP straight from Coach Roxanne. 

When searching for recipes using specific KEY WORDS. 

Here are some examples for you. 

  • Healthy Egg Scramble recipe
  • Egg Scramble fat loss recipe 
  • Simple healthy green smoothie recipe
  • Healthy soup with protein 
  • Healthy chicken soup <- Example of a specific protein 
  • Healthy beef soup or stew 
  • Healthy seafood soup <- Example of a specific protein 
  • Healthy simple stir fry 
  • Healthy 5 ingredient stir fry 
  • Healthy simple chicken stir fry <- Example of a specific protein 
  • Healthy simple salad 
  • Healthy seafood salad <- Example of a specific protein 

There are a lot of options for you out there. 

Here's one more PRO TIP. Pick only the recipes that have at least 100 reviews and are 4 STARS or better! This is a cardinal rule in our home.
