NUTRITION: Our 21-day program offers a simple guided nutrition approach. An approach specifically tailored to help you get results and get the most out of your 21-day challenge.
TRAINING: We host LIVE 40 min sessions M-F at 5:30am CST which are available for on-demand replay by 6:20am CST. Saturday we train at 7:30am CST with on-demand replay at 8:45am CST.
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday we focus on strength training. Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday we focus on strengthening the heart with cardio conditioning. Sundays are 30min restorative yoga. This is all done inside our private Facebook group. You will need Facebook to participate.
Our workouts use little to no equipment so you can literally workout with us anywhere in the world. No weights? No problem. We also offer an extensive DIY guide to help you turn ordinary household items into training tools.
We have daily fit challenges that take less than 5minutes that focus on target areas like core, booty, thighs.
We host daily accountability check-ins each evening 7 days a week.
We also host a weekly live stream coaching call to help you gain traction on your goals.
