We need to talk about something that most women brush off.
Sleep.
Most of the women I coach tell me the same thing:
-- > “I just don’t sleep well.”
-- > “I wake up at 2 or 3 AM and can’t get back to sleep.”
-- > “I’m exhausted all day but wired at night.”
Sound familiar?
And yet, they wonder why they’re constantly battling cravings, low energy, and stubborn weight gain.
Here’s the deal.
When you don’t get enough sleep, your body is literally working against you.
Lack of sleep throws your hunger hormones out of whack.
Which means?
You wake up tired, and by mid-afternoon, you're reaching for sugar, caffeine, or carbs just to keep going.
It’s not a willpower problem.
It’s a sleep problem.
When you’re sleep-deprived, your body holds onto fat, your metabolism slows down, and you end up stuck in a cycle of exhaustion, cravings, and frustration.
I’ve been there.
I’ve done the late-night scrolling, the stress-induced insomnia, the “I’ll just stay up and get a few more things done” trap.
It doesn’t work.
If you want your body to start working with you instead of against you, sleep has to be a priority.
Here’s where to start:
This isn’t about perfection.
It’s about giving your body what it actually needs so you can feel good, have energy, and finally stop fighting cravings and exhaustion every day.
If you’re nodding along thinking, “Yep, that’s me,” I want to help. I have something for you 🤗
