Happy New Year's Eve BBF!!!

So much to be grateful for!!

Today I am going to share with you something that I've used with my personal coaching clients over the years that really made a huge difference in helping them focus on and achive their goals.

What do you want to tackle this year?

What's your VISION

What are the goals you’d like to achieve in 2022,habits you’d like to build, and adventures you’d love to take?

On a piece of paper, write down your TOP 3 goals in each of the following 5 areas listed below.

  • DOMAIN 1: FITNESS
  • DOMAIN 2: FAMILY
  • DOMAIN 3: FAITH
  • DOMAIN 4: FINANCE
  • DOMAIN 5: FUN

It's time to supercharge your goals and turn them into reality!

It's time to write yourself a letter... SEE BELOW

Let's continue....

Take a few minutes to think about how amazing you’ll feel as you accomplish each thing on your list. Really think about it. Put yourself in your future shoes. This might seem silly but really give it a shot.

Really let yourself feel it all: proud, happy, grateful, amazed, fulfilled – all of it!

Now, write yourself a letter, dated Dec. 31, 2022, congratulating yourself on each and every one of your accomplishments.

Tell yourself exactly why you’re proud of yourself for each one, and go into detail about how it has improved the quality of your life.

Studies show that when we put emotion behind our intentions, we’re more apt to make them a reality.

Put your letter somewhere you can read it on a regular basis (even daily!) so that you remind yourself of what each accomplishment means to you.

Let this letter serve as your 2022 North Star!

Thank you so much for being a part of BBF in 2021.

None of this would be possible without you.

CHEERS to a NEW YEAR!

Much Love
